The main menu allows the user to open an existing Schema Builder project and save the schema that he or she designs.
| Menu Item | Description |
| New | Opens a blank DELMIA Apriso XML Schema. |
| Open | Opens an existing DELMIA Apriso XML Schema. |
| Save | Saves the current DELMIA Apriso XML Schema. This option is enabled when a change is made. The save command saves the project file and generates the corresponding DELMIA Apriso XML Schema. |
| Save As | Saves the current DELMIA Apriso XML Schema project and generates the corresponding DELMIA Apriso XML Schema with a new name. |
| Close | Closes the application. |
| Help | Displays the contents of the Help. |
