This tab is only available in the Supervisor view.
The Assignment tab of the Order Details screen presents the assignments of the WIP Operations of the Maintenance Order.
The Assigned Employees grid presents the current assignments for the Maintenance Order:
This grid on the screen has the following columns:
Column | Description |
Name | The name of the requested employee. |
Department | The department of the requested employee. |
Assigned On | The date on which the employee was assigned. |
Operation | The Operation to which the employee was assigned. |
Selecting an employee and pressing the Unassign button removes that employee from the assignment.
Clicking the Assign button above the Assigned Employees grid will bring up the Available Employees For Operation grid.
The WIP Operation that you want to assign to an employee can be selected in the Select Operation menu:
An order can have Skills and Roles assigned that are required for performing the Maintenance Procedure. Accordingly, only those employees who have the appropriate Skills and Roles will be shown in this grid for assignment.
The grid has the following columns:
Column | Description |
Employee | The name of the employee. |
Supervisor | The supervisor of the employee. |
Group | The group of the employee. |
Department | The department of the employee. |
Facility | The Facility of the employee. |
To perform the assignment on this screen, select an employee from the Available Employees grid and press the Assign button. The employee will be assigned to the specified WIP Operation via the CreateEmployeeRequest BC, and the selected employee with the assigned Operation will then appear on the Assigned Employees grid.
Clicking the Back button takes you back to the Assigned Employees grid.
