Report Labor

This dialog box appears you click Report Labor on the Maintenance Orders Browser. You can add information about the date, time, and duration of the time spent executing the Maintenance Order Operation here.

At the top of the box, the Order field presents the Maintenance Order number for which the labor is being reported.

In the Operation drop-down menu, you select the specific Maintenance Order Operation for which the labor will be reported. The Operations are displayed according to the view:

• In the Worker view, only the Operations assigned to that worker are displayed
• In the Supervisor view, all the Operations are displayed

The Date and Time (hh:mm:ss) fields present the end time for the labor on the Operation. The current date and time are always presented at first, but the specific date and time can be adjusted as necessary before reporting the labor.

The Elapsed Time fields present the amount of time (in hours, minutes, and seconds) for which the labor will be reported. The elapsed time will be subtracted from the Date and Time (hh:mm:ss entries in order to record the start time of the labor on the Operation.

Example Scenario

1. For order 275 (Preventive Maintenance Order), you select "Operation 0010@100000008" from the Operation menu in order to report your labor.
2. The current date and time are presented, but you adjust the Time from 2:10:20 PM to 12:20:30 PM. This will be the end time for your reported labor on this Operation.
3. You enter the elapsed time of 2:30:0 and click Report Labor.
4. The labor time is reported via the APR_MNT_ELAPSED_LABOR.
