Count Disposition Lines Management

Description

The Count Disposition Lines Management screen opens when (View Lines) is clicked after a Count Disposition is selected in the Count Dispositions browser. It is invoked by the ClosedAPR_WH_IC.CountDispositionLine_List Standard Operation.

Many actions and screens available for Inventory II Count are realized by Standard Operations and can be customized using Process Builder. For more information on default Standard Operations that can be used and/or modified, please refer to Inventory Count Implementation Guide.

The Accuracy column displays the Accuracy Ratio for the given Count Disposition Line. For more information, please refer to the Inventory Count Implementation Guide.

Fields that cannot be edited (e.g., Count Type, Count Procedure) are copied from the Count Dispositions.

Actions

The following actions can be performed on this screen:

Action Type Description
Back Closes the Count Disposition Lines Management screen and goes back to the Count Dispositions browser.
Release Releases the selected Count Disposition Line. Only lines in the New status can be released. The Standard Operation responsible for this action is ClosedAPR_WH_IC.CountDispositionLine_Release.

Recount Changes the status of the Count Disposition Line from Counted or Approved to Released. The Standard Operation responsible for this action is ClosedAPR_WH_IC.CountDispositionLine_SetRecount.

If any Signatures were applied on this Count Disposition Line, they will be invalidated.
Sign Off Displays the screen where required signatures should be provided for the Count Disposition Lines. The Standard Operation responsible for this action is ClosedAPR_WH_IC.CountDispositionLine_SignOff.

Cancel Changes the Count Disposition Line status to Cancelled. This may be required if a Disposition Line was created that is the same as one that already exists, but the user does not want to delete the duplicate. The Standard Operation responsible for this action is ClosedAPR_WH_IC.CountDispositionLine_Cancel.

Edit Lines Opens the Count Disposition Line Editor.
