Step Details
This screen allows the user to change the Status of the Step, access
the Characteristics and Documents assigned to a Step.
Available Actions
On this screen, you can:
Viewing Step Details
To view details of the Step, tap the
icon at the
top. The details include:
- Step Number - the number defined in the Process during creation
of the Maintenance Order.
- Step Description - the description defined in the Process during
creation of the Maintenance Order.
- Operation Number - the number defined in the Process during creation
of the Maintenance Order.
- Operation Description - the number defined in the Process during
creation of the Maintenance Order.
- Order Number - the number generated from sequence during creation
of the Maintenance Order.
- Order Description - the description assigned during creation of
the Maintenance Order.
- Order Type - the type assigned to the Process used during creation
of the Maintenance Order.
- Equipment - the Equipment for which the Maintenance Order was created.
- Priority - the priority assigned during creation of the Maintenance
Order.
- Product Number - the Product linked to the Equipment.
- Serial Number - the Serial linked to the Equipment.
Changing the Status of the Step
To change the status of the Step, tap the Closed, Completed, or Open
button.
Once all the steps have an assigned status, the Operation status can
be set to complete.
The status buttons can be configured on the DELMIA Apriso
server. For detailed information, refer to the Offline Maintenance Implementation Guide.
