My Maintenance Orders

This screen lists all the Maintenance Orders downloaded from the DELMIA Apriso server. The icons next to each Order indicate its status. The number underneath indicates the priority of the Order.

The colors of the icons and names of the statuses can be configured in the OFA.QueryConfigurationData Standard Operation. For detailed information refer to the Offline Maintenance Implementation Guide.

Available Actions

On this screen, you can:

• View details of each Order.
• Access the Operations assigned to each other.
• Complete Orders (provided that all its Operations are in the completed status).

Viewing Order Details

To view details of an Order, tap the icon next to it. The details include:

• Order Description - the description assigned during creation of the Maintenance Order.
• Equipment - the Equipment for which the Maintenance Order was created.
• Product Number - the Product linked to the Equipment.
• Serial Number - the Serial linked to the Equipment.

Clicking on the Order will open the Operations screen.

Completing Orders

This action is only available when every Operation of the Order is complete and if Labor tracking is set to manual. For information on completing Orders in the continuous mode, see Continuous mode.

To complete an Order:

1. Swipe the Order row to the left.

   

2. Tap Complete.

   

The status of the Order will be updated.
